Hello everyone! I'm here to tell you that life it's getting more dificult as the year ends. I don't know what I did to the gods but enough is enough, right? Anyway I don't want to start moaning so let's concentrate on the good things, shall we?
I decided it was time to post what I promised a few months ago and that's the HEADERS I had made for this journal that I used, and continue to use now, for you to take and enjoy (that's always if you follow my simple requests that you can find in the terms of use). There were only two that I hadn't shared before but because that was really all I added one more, just out of the oven. I hope you like them enough because if you do I'll be sure to make more, well if the muse comes back to me ;).
But that's not all... I'm also posting something extra: textures! Because I know that's what you are really here for ;)...
The texture set I’m sharing today is once again a little grunge, that’s what I do best maybe and it contains only one splashed large texture, 1024x768px. It’s was made before the computer crash and salvaged. I know it’s not much but it’s something to tide you over until I can post more resources ;).
Don't forget to come back for more resources if you like what you see and I wouldn't mind if you people could give ideas as to what you want to see more of in the future because I'm quite literally stuck.

Yes, you are not seeing things; I could finally make the time to post something in the journal. I've been having a lot of problems and I'm still with a lot on my plate but I wanted to give you guys something to tide you over until I can come back again. I don't know when that's going to be possible though I hope you'll have patience with me.
I have a bit of everything this time to post and share with you. First a few stock icons that I made some time ago with a bunch of new ones, 15 to be exact. I also have a new header for all of you, also made with stock pictures. I thought it was about time that I did one without people in it ;). And last but certainly not least a large texture set. It contains three 800x600px textures that originated from one background picture and a few brushes, apart from a whole lot of tweaking and messing around. I really like the end result and I hope you find them interesting.

It seems that time got away from me again, but this time I have a few good explanations though it doesn't excuse the lack of updates to this journal. I got sidetracked and all my free time was spent reading four books that completely captured my attention. I couldn't stop reading until I was finished and then life has it's own distractions so all in all my time evaporated.
Anyway, that's not here or there. I know you want to get down to business ;) so that's exactly what I'm going to do. I have to confess that I'm using all my reserves and I'm posting the last of them. But for now we're good to go.
Today I'm posting two new sets of textures, I made them from scratch and added some scans and stocks to liven them up. I think they are my favorites yet. I had a lot of fun making them and I hope it shows in the end result. So check them out!

And to add a little something extra to this post I'm sharing three new headers that I made these last few weeks. The first one I made to experiment with some of my own textures and I kind of like the result, a simple blending art. The last two come from the same fanart and I used a lot of brushes and textures with different angles and cuts. Hope you like them, let me know what you think and if you want more so I can get cracking.

Just like I promised in my last post I'm sharing with you guys a few goodies. First and foremost I want to apologize for the ads that mess up the layout but it's a necessary evil, I really use all the perks of the plus account. I'll try to solve it soon.
Secondly I would like to thank all the people that comment and reply to this journal, it really warms my heart and keeps me motivated to update every chance I get. I hope I can keep making things that you find interesting and different, so you can count on this place for quality resources. Anyway before I get sappier let's go to what I'm sure you are waiting for... the goodies ;).
Though this is the first of what I presumed to be a short amount of sets, I hope you still find it interesting and useful. I'm posting for you to download some Photoshop 7 Patterns that I made for my personal purposes, but figured maybe you'll find them cute. This set contains 27 miscellaneous patterns, there's not much coherence in the set except for a few colored stripes. Remember that you should know how to use patterns in Photoshop 7 before downloading, but if you don’t there’re a lot of tutorials out there to learn how. It’s not complicated. And just a little warning: I’m not providing image packs with the set, only the .pat file. If you want them to use in a different program, just let me know and I’ll try to make one for download.

And because I’m feeling really generous, well that and I already said I would, I’m posting four new headers for you to enjoy. Remember that you should read the terms of use if you download any, and don’t forget to save them in your own server, hotlinking it’s not allowed. One of the headers is the one I’m using for this journal, that should be the teaser you need. I really hope you like them, they are kind of different from the other two I shared before.
